“My Mission is to bring yoga to as many people as possible. I want to help
people find peace, clarity and happiness in their everyday lives through
the practice and harmonization of the body, breath and mind.”
Laura is a personal trainer and yoga instructor. After 5 years working for a
large telecommunications company in a fast pace global corporate sales
role Laura decided to take a leap of faith and follow her passion.
Experiencing bouts of anxiety, stress and burnout she decided to pursue
her dream of entering the fitness industry and helping others on their
health, fitness and well-being journeys.
After qualifying as a personal trainer, Laura decided she wanted to pursue
the area of mind-body wellness even further. This curiosity took her to
northern India where she stayed in the yoga capital Rishikesh for 5 weeks
learning and mastering the art of yoga & meditation. Laura is a Yoga
Alliance certified teacher and completed her YTT 200hrs under the
teaching of Prashantj Yog in India who is a renowned Yoga master.
Ultimately, Laura’s aim is to help people find balance and harmony in their
everyday day loves through different wellness techniques that she has
picked up throughout her life, study and work. .
Laura’s classes are for everyone and incorporate a balance of meditation,
