Chelsea has held a daily practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for 5 years and has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. She is dedicated to Kundalini, which is an ancient yogic science, because she knows that it is the fastest way to positively shift your life. She is an Eastern and Western Medical Practitioner with a passion for serving women. Chelsea travels the world to study with healers from a variety of origins and takes this knowledge into each of her classes.
She believes in an alternative approach to healing and understands the effects of depression, fatigue and physical illnesses on the body. Her classes are focused on intuitively healing particular problems of the group through specific yogic sequences. Chelsea uses her extensive background in birth and women's health to lead yoga for mothers and helps her students raise their frequency and change their approach to parenting in order to create happy families.
Kundalini Yoga and Mediation is a technology. Just like a smart phone it helps you to become more efficient, vibrant, and focused. Each class is comprised of a warm up, kriya, and meditation. A Kriya is set of body postures, sound current, and breathe work. Mantra is a sound current that alters the functioning of the brain and body. Meditation directs energy in a specific manner.
