Alicia has been a Qualified Nurse for 5 years and got into yoga to cope with work related stress. She found a great love for it and found the post-class feeling life changing (and addictive!) She went on to do her 200hour Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher Training in the YogaHub and grew to love Yoga even more. Alicia encorporates meditation into each Flow class to let people explore the benefits it can have. As Alicia is also nurse, an anatomical aspect is put in throughout the class to help people discover the benefits yoga has on the body and mind.
